Via a grant from the Brevard Workforce Development Board and with support from the Florida High Tech Corridor Council, the Economic Development Commission of Florida’s Space Coast is proactively seeking to attract and retain young professionals and new graduates to Brevard through the development and implementation of an exciting new program.

The EDC's YP/New Grad Retention and Recruitment Program aims to increase Brevard County’s presence in the minds of YPs and new grads and to secure this popular demographic for Brevard’s labor force through a strategic marketing nationwide marketing campaign. In addition, with a significant focus on assisting local employers, the YP/New Grad Program will provide resources and information to ensure employers located on Florida's Space Coast are equipped to recruit and retain the best and brightest YPs and new grads.
